Our Volunteers are currently the employees of Polaris Software and its Group companies. Volunteers also include family members and friends of Polaris employees.

The Vision of Ullas is that Every high school student should have a MENTOR, as he traverses the most vulnerable stage in his life - Adolescence.

Given this large vision, Ullas invites friends from other organisations (Corporates, NGO's and Educational Institutions) to come forward and support Ullas in shaping young minds across India.

So, what do you need to become a Volunteer for Ullas?
Anyone with a passion for interacting with students can engage with Ullas.

Engagement Program

Ullas has 4 exciting programs to choose from:

1. SUMMIT Trainer - Personality Development

Training young students from 9th to 12th Standard in winning confident personality.

2. SUMMIT Trainer - Computer Lab

Training Ullas students of specific Computer skills.

3. 'Touch-the-Soil' Volunteer

To engage with Ullas team in the districts

4. Counseller

To support Ullas, for individual Counselling to improve Academic Performance

Financial Contribution

The Polaris group contributes 1% of its Profit-After-Tax towards the Ullas programs. The employees of Polaris also conribute generously to scale up the Ullas programs across the regional centres as well as the districts.
